Now Hiring: Experienced AR/Oilfield Billing Specialist

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oilfield Billing Specialist to join a reputable oilfield services company in the Midland area.
This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in every aspect of operations.

Position Details

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Midland, TX
Type: Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify accuracy of all invoices
Process and enter daily invoices into billing software
Manage and process field tickets
Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate collections as needed
Maintain and update customer billing information in QuickBooks
Research, resolve, and follow up on invoice discrepancies or customer inquiries
Prepare and issue credits and re-bills to correct billing errors
Utilize Open Invoice, Ariba, Oildex, and QuickBooks systems extensively

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of oilfield billing experience required
Proficiency in Open Invoice, Ariba, Oildex, and QuickBooks (required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
