The Warehouse Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting electrical materials, tools, and equipment to job sites while supporting daily warehouse operations. This role ensures timely deliveries, accurate order handling, and professional service that reflects Hunt Electric’s commitment to quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and unload materials for delivery to various job sites.

• Operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company safety policies.

• Review and verify delivery tickets, packing lists, and material orders for accuracy.

• Deliver materials to the correct location on job sites and obtain required signatures.

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, conduct daily inspections, and report maintenance needs.

• Assist with warehouse tasks, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory.

• Pull and stage materials for upcoming deliveries and warehouse orders.

• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment safely (training provided if needed).

• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, project managers, and field teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

• Follow all Hunt Electric safety procedures and participate in safety meetings as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical warehouse work

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations preferred

• Forklift experience a plus (or willingness to be trained)
