Experienced Banquet Server

Located in Silver Spring, MD

Salary: $20/hour

Overview:
We are seeking experienced, professional Banquet Servers to support high-profile events throughout the DMV. Ideal candidates bring exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

·         Provide outstanding service during banquets, receptions, corporate events, and special functions

·         Set up and break down banquet spaces according to client specifications

·         Serve meals, beverages, and courses in a polished, efficient manner OR Refresh buffet stations as directed

·         Maintain a clean and organized event space

·         Communicate effectively with event leads, kitchen staff, and other team members

·         Follow all service standards, health regulations, and event protocols

Requirements:

·         Must have prior banquet server experience (hotel, country club, or event venue experience strongly preferred)

·         Professional attire: black button-down dress shirt, black dress pants, black non-slip shoes

·         Clean background required

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills

·         Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays for extended periods

·         Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
