About the Recovery Center

Our Recovery Center provides compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. We are dedicated to helping clients achieve lifelong recovery by addressing the whole person — mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

We are expanding our team and seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about patient care and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those on their recovery journey.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a key role in supporting patients through detoxification and recovery. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate medical documentation while promoting a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals in recovery and detox.

• Measure and record vital signs, administer medications and injections as prescribed, and monitor for adverse reactions.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation.

• Collaborate with medical providers to obtain and carry out orders for patient care.

• Educate patients on health and wellness topics as needed.

• Ensure compliance with facility, OSHA, and state safety policies and procedures.

• Participate in ongoing training and uphold the center’s standards of care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee (in good standing).

• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience (behavioral health, detox, or acute care preferred).

• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required.

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.

• Occasionally lift or move up to 25–50 lbs.

• Maintain focus and composure in a clinical environment with varying patient needs.
