Salary: $17.00 - $19.00
We’re looking for an organized Dispatcher to coordinate repairs and service calls for our rental equipment. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and employees, managing calls, texts, emails, and schedules for our service team.
What You’ll Do:
Answer customer and employee inquiries via phone, text, and email
Schedule and coordinate service calls in the field and shop
Use Microsoft Office and company systems to track work orders
Learn forklift terminology to communicate effectively with technicians
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
Quick learner with attention to detail
Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
Competitive hourly pay: $17–$19/hour
