We’re hiring dependable Construction Laborers to support a road and utility construction crew in the Lafayette area. This job is outdoors and involves working in the elements every day. You’ll be in the heat, cold, rain, and everything in between. If you want steady, physical work and enjoy being outside, this role fits well.
What you’ll do:• Assist with traffic control and flagging• Support crews with general labor tasks• Perform basic landscaping restoration after utility work• Keep outdoor work areas clean and safe• Work closely with crew leaders to keep projects moving
What we’re looking for:• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather• No experience required• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance• Positive, team-focused attitude• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance• Valid Driver's License required
