Position Overview

Production Technicians support daily manufacturing operations by monitoring production lines, performing quality checks, and ensuring materials move efficiently through the process. This position requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and tend production lines to maintain steady workflow

• Inspect parts and materials for quality and accuracy

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area

• Perform basic machine operation (training provided)

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Follow all safety procedures and report any issues to supervisors

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment

Schedule & Pay

• Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, 3rd depending on client needs)

• Overtime opportunities may be available

• Weekly pay through Express Employment

• Pay rates vary by client and shift
