About the Role:
We are seeking an eager, detail-oriented Accountant who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving results. This role is 85% focused on commission-related accounting, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex data with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate, process, and reconcile commission payments accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update commission structures and related documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Prepare reports and analysis on commission trends and performance metrics.
• Assist with general accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on commissions preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
