Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Production Worker to join our team for concrete placement, rebar installation, and form preparation. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with construction experience who thrives in a hands-on production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Place concrete and install rebar systems
Tie rebar cages and ensure proper placement
Set up forms for pre-pour inspections
Remove excess concrete and clean forms after pours
Install spacers, knockouts, mesh, and other components to specifications
Operate hand and power tools for bolting/unbolting forms
Prepare equipment for stripping operations
Maintain clean and organized work areas

Schedule & Compensation

Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
Location: Camas, WA area

Requirements

Previous construction experience preferred
Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the day
Comfortable working with hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in outdoor conditions
Reliable transportation to job sites
