About the Role:Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our client’s snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. This is an on-call position, ideal for someone looking to earn extra income with flexible, weather-dependent hours. When snow hits, you’ll be contacted to report to the job site and assist with clearing snow around commercial or residential properties.
Shovel, sweep, and remove snow from walkways, sidewalks, entrances, and other designated areas
Spread salt or ice melt as needed
Operate snow removal tools and equipment (shovels, pushers, snow blowers)
Follow safety procedures and work efficiently in cold, snowy conditions
Arrive promptly when called during snow events (early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays possible)
Ability to work outdoors in cold, snowy, and icy conditions
Must be dependable and reachable when on call
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
Snow removal experience is a plus but not required
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
On-call, hours vary based on snowfall, typically start at 5AM
