Job Description – Hotel Front Office Associate (Swing Shift 3–11 PM)
Pay: $16/hour

The Hotel Front Office Associate (Swing Shift) is responsible for providing exceptional guest service during the 3 PM–11 PM shift. This role manages check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest inquiries, and payment processing while maintaining a warm, professional, and welcoming environment.

Candidates must have Microsoft Office experience (such as Outlook, Word, and Excel) and be willing to jump in and help in any area as needed, including supporting housekeeping, maintenance communication, or other front-of-house tasks.

Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills are essential. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, dependable, and enjoys working in a guest-focused environment.
