Pharmacy Clerk – Temp-to-Hire

This position supports daily pharmacy operations and works closely with pharmacy staff to ensure accurate processing, organization, and shipment of medications and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare outgoing shipments and process point-of-sale transactions
• Restock, inventory, and organize pharmacy supplies and medications
• File hard-copy prescriptions and maintain accurate records
• Process wholesale drug orders and reconcile shipments
• Perform cycle counts and assist with annual drug inventory
• Enter and update patient demographic information
• Process new patient enrollment forms and request prescriptions
• Coordinate patient medication deliveries and scheduled shipments
• Answer incoming calls and route requests to pharmacy staff
• Support the broader pharmacy and clinical operations teams as needed

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to prioritize tasks
• Comfortable standing or sitting for long periods in a smaller workspace
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
