Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, direct hire Human Generalist starting immediately!

Position Details:

• Starting Salary - $65,000/year
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Full-time, direct-hire position.

Job Duties:

• Process weekly payroll accurately and timely for all employees.
• Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required – both verbal and written communication.
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience, with direct responsibility for benefits.
