Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for an experienced Tool & Die Maker for an Aftermarket Car Parts Manufacturing company based in Bradenton, FL

Duties:
- Manufacture, assemble, and repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in the production of heat exchangers and coolers.
- Set up and operate manual machines, including mills, lathes, surface grinders, and drill presses with high precision.
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machining equipment to produce complex tooling components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, GD&T symbols, and engineering specifications.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure tolerance, quality, and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot, modify, and improve existing dies, fixtures, and tooling to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- Perform preventive maintenance on dies and tooling to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Tool & Die Maker, Machinist, or related role.
- Proficiency in manual machining (mills, lathes, grinders) and CNC programming/operation.
- Experience in manufacturing tooling for metal fabrication, heat exchanger production, or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, metallurgy, and machining practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot dies, fixtures, and tooling issues independently.
- Skilled in precision measurement using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators, etc.
