Previous office experience is not required. We’re looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills,  retail and customer service professionals are highly encouraged to apply.

Schedule: 8:30AM-5:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls for orders and customer inquiries
• Follow up on business inquiries
• Navigate company-specific software and switch between multiple programs
• Manage a shared email inbox with colleagues for orders and inquiries

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; experience in a similar role is a plus
• Basic Excel skills are beneficial
