Salary: $18/hr.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Service Rep to communicate with clients and vendors, provide order updates, and support daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with any customer service experience/retail or food service
Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM-5:00PM
Answer phone calls and write professional emails to clients
Provide timely order updates to clients and vendors
Relay information from clients and new orders to the Owner
Take and document new client orders accurately
Promote company work on social media (LinkedIn) when tasks are complete
Assist with general office and communication tasks
Any customer service experience (retail, food service, etc.)
Strong communication skills—phone & email
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Team-player attitude with pride in your work
Problem-solving mindset
Comfortable sitting, using a computer, and being on the phone for extended periods
