Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Marketing Coordinator for one of our clients in the real estate industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about supporting a growth-driven organization. You’ll play a key role in managing transactions, maintaining CRM systems, implementing new technologies, and coordinating marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do:
Operations

  • Serve as the go-to person for a variety of operational and administrative tasks
  • Create and update listings across multiple real estate platforms (e.g., Bright MLS, Crexi, CoStar)
  • Develop standard procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Take on additional responsibilities as your experience grows

Marketing

  • Manage the deal pipeline in HubSpot and act as the primary administrator
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, merchandise), ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or marketing roles (real estate experience preferred)
    • Higher education may substitute for experience
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new technologies
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
