Express Employment Professionals – Chandler, AZ is hiring a Shipping Associate for a well-established manufacturing company in Mesa. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable hours, a positive work environment, and the chance to grow with the company long term.
Use a handheld scanner to pull, pick, and pack parts accurately for customer orders
Prepare and label boxes for outbound shipments
Verify order details and maintain shipping records
Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts
Maintain a clean and safe work area following company standards
Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or order fulfillment preferred
Comfortable using a scanner and basic computer functions
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment
Temp-to-hire with opportunity for long-term employment
Consistent weekday schedule — no nights or weekends
