We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a great team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and financial support to management and team members.
• Handle front desk reception duties including greeting walk-in customers and answering phone inquiries.
• Monitor and respond to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Interact with customers and manufacturers to address inquiries and provide information.
• Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks and financial data entry using QuickBooks.
• Support invoicing, billing, and expense tracking as required.
• Ensure office supplies and materials are organized and maintained.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or related field is an asset.
