Key Responsibilities
•     Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
•     Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
•     Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems
•     Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
•     Assist with order processing, account updates, and general administrative support
•     Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
•     High school diploma or equivalent 
•     Prior customer service experience (call center or office environment a plus)
•     Strong verbal and written communication skills
•     Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
•     Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•     Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service

Must have reliable transportation
