We are looking for Line Cooks here in the Kendall / Cutler Bay Area!!

Job Description: The Line Cook is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for executing high-quality, innovative dishes with precision and efficiency. This role requires a strong focus on preparation, cooking, food safety, and maintaining the high culinary standards expected for all catering and special events.

 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Accurately and efficiently prepare and cook menu items for various catered events (galas, weddings, corporate events, social functions, etc.) following the Chef's specifications and standardized recipes
• Utilize and maintain proficiency in various cooking methods, including grilling, roasting, sautéing, frying, and plating.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate food product levels at the station to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service during events.
• Ensure all dishes are consistently prepared with the correct portion sizes, presentation, and quality standards.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and composed attitude, especially during high-pressure, fast-paced service periods.

 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• Prior experience in a kitchen setting, culinary, or resturant
• English or Spanish is okay for this position
• Full availability for the weekends and weekdays as well 
• Schedule can vary
