A growing manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled and reliable Polisher to join its production team. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining productivity standards in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform polishing and grinding of a wide range of customer parts within specified tolerances

• Use polishing tools and grinding equipment accurately and safely

• Wear a respirator properly during required tasks

• Perform welding and sandblasting duties as needed (training provided)

• Promote quality through consistent, efficient production

• Strictly adhere to a no cell phone policy within the plant

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• MIG/ARC welding experience preferred, but not required

• Vocational or technical training preferred

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals

• Solid math skills: able to calculate percentages, area, circumference, volume, and understand basic algebra and geometry

• Reliable with good attendance and strong time management skills

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
