Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manual machine tools, including lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses, and EDM machines
• Machine, form, shape, and finish precision tooling components
• Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings
• Set up tool and die machinery and ensure accurate operation
• Perform quality checks and final inspections to ensure specifications are met
• Maintain high standards for safety, accuracy, and efficiency

Requirements:

• Proficiency in manual machining and tool operation
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Experience with measurement tools and quality inspection processes
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
