Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling both routine and emergency repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and/or commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Respond to work orders and emergency calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform tasks in various environments.
