Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Purchaser/Inventory Clerk for a company in Gainesville, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor agreements and purchase inventory and supplies
  • Receive and process incoming inventory and materials
  • Distribute and kit parts for manufacturing production
  • Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies
  • Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy of records
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized inventory storage area
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid math skills for accurate counting and inventory tracking
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Basic computer proficiency (inventory or ERP systems a plus)
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed
