Salary: $18.50 - $19.10/hour

Express Employment Professionals – St. Catharines is currently looking for reliable and skilled Machine Operation and Assembly Workers to join their Beamsville client's team. This position involves a variety of tasks within a modern manufacturing environment, including production, paint, assembly, and shipping/receiving.

Job Responsibilities:

Production Area:

• Assist with automated welding machine processes
• Hand-grind and buff parts to prepare for finishing
• Clean and prep parts for the painting process
• Hang parts on drying racks after spray-booth painting

Assembly Area:

• Perform final assembly using hand tools and power tools (air tools, screwdrivers, drills, rivet tools)
• Assemble components using nuts, bolts, and fasteners
• Set up tools at sub-assembly stations
• Assist with rework of defective parts when necessary

General Labour/Warehouse:

• Move parts, products, and boxes using moving tables, hand carts, pump carts, and dollies (up to 40 lbs)
• Perform quality control checks on components
• Support shipping and receiving activities
• Assist with warehouse organization, cleanup, and storage of items

Requirements:

• Ability to operate machinery and use a variety of hand and power tools
• Capable of lifting to 40 lbs
• Able to stand, walk, bend, grip, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working on a conveyor system at waist level
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn multiple tasks within the facility

Shifts:

Days – Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm

OR

Afternoons – Monday to Thursday 3pm – 1am

Wage:

Days - $18.50/hour

OR

Afternoons - $19.10/hour
