Salary: $22.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk for one of our busy St. Catharines manufacturing clients. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling full-cycle vendor payables in a dynamic office environment.

Job Duties:

• Manage all aspects of vendor maintenance, including responding to vendor inquiries
• Receive, verify, and process invoices accurately and efficiently
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure all entries reflect numerical accuracy
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation
• Maintain accurate vendor records and support general payables functions

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of Accounts Payable experience (considered a strong asset)
• Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Business Administration (or related field)
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and vendors
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving office environment

Wage: $22.00/hour

Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
