Customer Service/Retail Associate - $16

A local company in Gatlinburg is seeking friendly and energetic Retail & Photo Associates to join their team. This role combines customer service, retail sales, and photography support in a fast-paced, tourist-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with purchases and photo selections
Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/card transactions
Capture and process guest photos using company equipment
Maintain a clean and organized retail space
Restock merchandise and assist with inventory
Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive guest experience

Customer Service/Retail Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Basic photography knowledge or willingness to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy environment
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to work any shift between 9am to 9pm
Experience in tourism, hospitality, or entertainment settings a plus
Familiarity with photo editing or printing software
Bilingual skills a plus

Customer Service/Retail Shift:

Open hours are 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm.
Flexible schedule and hours (Full time).
