2nd Shift Bilingual Janitorial Team Lead! (hands on)

 
Shift: M-F 3:30pm-12am (Weekends as Needed) 
Pay:$20hr 
Where: North East side of Indianapolis 
Evaluation Hire for the right candidate

 

Duties: 

• Monitor staff attendance and schedule coverage.

• Assign cleaning tasks and oversee daily work.

• Works in all areas as needed to help assure work order is completed.

• Support and coach team members as issues arise.

Qualifications: 

• MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Previous team lead or supervisor experience preferred.

• Previous janitorial experience required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
