Salary: $22-26/hr.

Express Employment is seeking a contract administrator for a specialty contractor.  Job duties include:

• Conducting new employee orientation
• Filing both paper and electronic files
• Assisting with payroll process and accounts payable
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Processing travel and expense requests
• Assisting in customer billing and collection of past due accounts
• Assisting in contract management, including contracts, insurance, etc.
• Assisting and providing support to Branch Manager, Project Managers and Estimators as needed
• Responding to incoming callers with excellent customer service skills

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as office manager or accounting manager
• Experience with accounts payable and payroll is a must
• Ability to work in team environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus

Other details:

• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Pay rate is $22-26/hr. DOE
• Position is temp to hire
