Salary: $16/hr
Weigh, measure, and stage raw materials according to batch records and production formulas
Operate blending and mixing equipment used for powders, vitamins, and nutritional ingredients
Ensure correct sequence of ingredient addition and proper blend times
Monitor blending equipment for proper operation, speed, and temperature
Complete batch documentation with accurate lot numbers, weights, and production data
Clean and sanitize blenders, totes, utensils, and work areas following GMP and SOP guidelines
Sift and screen raw materials when required before blending
Follow allergen-control, contamination-control, and cross-contact procedures
Verify blends meet quality standards before release to packaging
Communicate any deviations, equipment issues, or material shortages to supervisors
Assist in moving raw materials and finished blends using pallet jacks or material handling equipment
