About the Opportunity

You will lead the full lifecycle delivery of significant mining projects and technical studies across the region. Backed by a global engineering and project delivery organization with nearly four decades of success, you’ll steer projects that shape the future of mining, ensure operational excellence, and strengthen client partnerships across major commodities.

We are flexible on location—Ontario or Quebec—with established offices in Toronto and Montreal and a culture built on trust, collaboration, and professional independence.

 

What You’ll Lead

·         End-to-end management of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables

·         Oversight of project budgets with full accountability for financial performance

·         Quality and safety leadership, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal frameworks

·         Strategic client relationship management, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor

·         Coordination of engineering, design, and construction functions across multi-disciplinary teams

·         Problem-solving, risk mitigation, forecasting, trending, and contract/claims oversight

 

What You Bring

·         10+ years managing mining and infrastructure development projects—studies through full project cycles

·         10+ years experience within EPCM or design & construction environments (mining focus preferred)

·         Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and detailed engineering workflows

·         Deep understanding of project execution frameworks, PM methodologies, and phase planning

·         Familiarity with safety, quality, earned value management, risk assessment, and contractor negotiations

·         Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

·         PMP or equivalent certification (asset)
