Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator, your duties will include:

• Running production machinery according to job specifications.

• Loading raw materials into machines and unloading finished product safely and efficiently.

• Monitoring machine performance to ensure consistent output and quality.

• Making basic adjustments to keep machines running properly (as trained).

• Performing routine checks on materials and finished products for defects.

• Following all safety policies and wearing required PPE.

• Keeping work area clean, organized, and production-ready.

• Logging production counts or reporting issues to lead/supervisor.

• Assisting with additional production or warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Prior machine operating or production experience preferred (training available for strong candidates).

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Comfortable lifting up to 40–50 lbs regularly.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Dependable attendance and consistent work ethic.

• Safety-minded and team-oriented.
