Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Pickers / Packers for a fast-paced warehouse and distribution facility. This is a full-time opportunity with steady hours and long-term potential.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented candidates who are comfortable with physical warehouse work, accuracy-driven picking, and consistent production standards.

Responsibilities

As a Picker / Packer, your responsibilities will include:

Accurately picking items from inventory using an RF scanner.
Packing, labeling, and staging orders to prepare for shipment.
Performing quality control checks to ensure orders are correct before processing.
Using a pallet jack to move product safely and efficiently.
Operating a forklift or Cherry Picker if qualified (preferred, not required).
Logging product movement and order completion into the RF system/computer.
Working at a steady pace to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
Performing heavy lifting and repetitive motions throughout the shift.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

Prior warehouse picking/packing experience preferred.
RF scanner experience required.
Experience using a pallet jack required.
Forklift / Cherry Picker experience a strong plus (not required).
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs consistently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable attendance and consistent work history (tenure preferred).
Safety-conscious and able to follow warehouse procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

Order picking and packing accuracy.
Inventory awareness and basic warehouse organization.
Comfortable with RF technology and basic data entry.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong time management and productivity mindset.

Shifts & Hours

Full-time schedules available
1st and/or 2nd shift openings (depending on facility needs)
Overtime may be available based on workload.
