Express Employment Professionals is hiring Skilled Warehouse Associates for a high-performing distribution and production facility. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable warehouse associates who understand inventory, equipment operation, and quality control processes. Candidates must have a proven track record of consistency, longevity, and dependability.

Responsibilities

As a Skilled Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing accurate picking, packing, staging, and labeling of orders.

  • Using RF scanners and warehouse software for tracking, logging, and updating inventory.

  • Assisting with shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and verifying incoming materials.

  • Conducting cycle counts, inventory checks, and stock organization.

  • Operating warehouse equipment such as:

    • Sit-down forklifts

    • Stand-up forklifts

    • Cherry Pickers / Order Pickers

    • Reach Trucks (experience preferred, not required)

  • Performing quality control inspections before shipping.

  • Lifting up to 50–75 lbs consistently as required.

  • Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas.

  • Demonstrating consistent attendance, teamwork, and strong work ethic daily.

Requirements

  • Strong, stable work history with proven tenure (employment verification required).

  • Previous warehouse experience required.

  • Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or high-reach equipment preferred.

  • Proficient with RF scanners and basic computer systems.

  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.

  • Safety-conscious, dependable, and committed to quality.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Inventory management & cycle counting experience.

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and standard procedures.

  • Strong time-management skills.

  • Quality control and documentation accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to multiple warehouse tasks.

  • Equipment operation experience (forklifts, cherry picker, reach truck).

Shifts & Hours

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • Monday – Friday

  • Overtime may be offered based on production needs.
