Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local manufacturing client to hire an experienced Mold Technician for their injection molding production team. This role offers hands-on technical work, leadership opportunities, and a clear path to grow your skills with an established manufacturer.

 

What You'll Do

As the Mold Technician, you'll be the expert who keeps injection molding work cells running smoothly:

• Set up and program injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Monitor production quality and make real-time adjustments to optimize runs
• Train and mentor production operators
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance
• Configure assembly fixtures and tooling for different production needs

What Our Client Is Looking For

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience (injection molding experience is a plus!)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical documentation and enter machine parameters
• Team player who enjoys teaching others

 

$23-23.50/hour to start depending on shift.  We have day, swing and grave available!
