Electromechanical Technician – $35 - $50 /hour

Hours: Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM

Location: Garden Grove, CA

 

We are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Technician for a plastic manufacturing company located in Garden Grove, CA with experience in manufacturing machinery and facility services, including building and operating systems maintenance, repair, improvement, and custodial support. A strong commitment to company standards, customer satisfaction, problem prevention, and  improvment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Maintains all manufacturing machinery and equipment in an efficient and safe operating condition as well as the fabrication and repair of the tooling department.

·         Maintains buildings and grounds ensuring safety, security, good housekeeping and appearance. 

·         Installs and maintains new equipment in accordance with plant engineering standards and instructions. 

·         Help with the development/process of the maintenance department towards better organization.

·         Work with outside contractors as assigned for needs.      

·         Know, understand, complete, and follow all the quality and safety policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

·         3+ years Maintenance/Manufacturing repair service

·         2+ years of mechanical/electrical experience with strong troubleshooting skills, quick problem-solving ability, and knowledge of OSHA and local building codes

·         Must be able to read blueprints and understand and interpret technical manuals.

·         Experience in CNC, Injection molding, tooling repairs with OEM MAZAK, DMG-MORI, ENGEL, TOSHIBA

·         Good understanding of CMMS systems
