Forklift Operator

Located in Kitchener, ON

Salary: 22

Location: Waterloo, ON

Pay: $22.00/hr

Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday to Friday

This position will lead to permanent and long-term employment for the right candidate!

We are assisting our client in Waterloo to find a Forklift Operator with a valid Ontario Forklift License. Our client manufactures and distributes packaging for different types of products.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

·         Unload/load materials from freight and production lines using forklift & stage inside the warehouse.

·         Picking orders using forklift and ensuring production lines have adequate materials supplied.

·         Completing applicable shipping/receiving documentation and communications.

·         Performing cleaning duties as required to ensure work areas are kept tidy and in good order.

Forklift Operator Qualifications:

·         Minimum 2 years of experience operating a forklift.

·         Valid Ontario Forklift Certification required.

·         Comfortable performing heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) and labour-intensive tasks.

·         Open to working in a Team environment.

·         Steel toe work boots/shoes required.

·         Reliable, punctual, and honest.
