Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist experienced in operating and programming 4-axis CNC machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality precision parts while maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain 4-axis CNC milling machines according to specifications.

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files to produce precision parts.

• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure parts meet quality standards.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

• Identify and troubleshoot issues with machines or tooling to minimize downtime.

• Maintain accurate production records and document quality inspections.

• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; technical training in CNC machining preferred.

• 2+ years of experience operating and programming 4-axis CNC machines.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.

• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Standing, walking, and manual dexterity required.
