Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our client.  This person will be the key point of contact for greeting  visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and strong organizational abilities. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth front-office operation and maintaining a professional office environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls; take and deliver accurate messages.
• Maintain neat and organized conference rooms and breakrooms, ensuring they are ready for use at all times.
• Monitor and restock office and breakroom supplies as needed.
• Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with setup as required.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Provide general administrative support to office staff and management.
• Perform other basic receptionist and office support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with phone systems, Microsoft Office, and basic office equipment.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Pay: $20.00 per hour
