Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a prestigious, high-end residential golf community in Naples. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
Process and manage daily cash receipts; ensure accurate member payment allocations
Prepare quarterly/annual billing for club dues, HOA fees, capital dues, and other charges
Generate monthly member statements and reconcile discrepancies
Conduct daily POS audits across multiple departments; resolve issues with department leaders
Assist with estoppel preparation and property sale closing documentation
Reconcile monthly lot reporting, payroll commissions, sales tax entries, credit books, and gift cards
Update POS menus, sales items, and various system settings as needed
Support members with online bill pay and respond to billing inquiries promptly
Manage past-due account collections and provide monthly reporting
Assist with accounting reports and special projects as directed
Serve as a backup to the Assistant Controller/Controller
Minimum 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Strong understanding of AR accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
High level of professionalism and discretion
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience with Jonas software is a plus
College degree preferred but not required
Professional office setting within a luxury residential community
Requires ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
Weekly pay
