Job Summary
We are seeking a highly capable and strategic Manufacturing Manager to lead our production operations and drive manufacturing excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production that aligns with organizational goals. Duties

  • Develop, implement, and monitor manufacturing strategies to optimize productivity, quality, and safety standards.
  • Lead and manage manufacturing teams, providing clear direction, training, and performance evaluations to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Oversee daily production schedules, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing targets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance teams to streamline processes and resolve production issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture within the manufacturing environment.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions for continuous process improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to support production demands while minimizing waste.
  • Maintain accurate records of production metrics, downtime reports, and quality control data for reporting purposes.
  • Lead initiatives for equipment maintenance, upgrades, and technology integration to enhance operational capabilities.
  • Support new product launches by coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and professional development.

Requirements

  • At least ten years of experience in manufacuring management required.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
  • Proficiency in manufacturing software systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platforms.
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards applicable to manufacturing environments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments and with external partners.
