Job Title: Parking Ambassador

Position Summary:
This person is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while monitoring and assisting with parking operations. This role ensures a positive experience for all guests by offering information, enforcing parking rules, and maintaining a safe and orderly parking environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers entering and exiting parking areas.

• Provide directions, parking information, and general assistance as needed.

• Monitor parking lots and garages to ensure vehicles are parked safely and in compliance with posted regulations.

• Issue parking citations or warnings when necessary.

• Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity to management or security.

• Assist with traffic flow during busy periods or special events.

• Operate handheld or automated parking equipment when required.

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of parking areas and ambassador stations.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle inquiries or complaints courteously and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service, parking, or security is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Outdoor and indoor environments; may be exposed to varying weather conditions.

• Requires standing and walking for most of the shift.

• May involve evening, weekend, or holiday shifts depending on location needs.
