Job Summary:

Join our team during the busy harvest season! We are looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to work in our warehouse processing plant. This is a physically demanding role that requires flexibility and commitment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing and handling agricultural products.
• Operate equipment and maintain production flow.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Perform general labor tasks including lifting, stacking, and cleaning.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work 7 days a week during harvest season.
• Ability to work overnight shifts (7 PM – 7 AM) and overtime as needed.
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments (heat, cold, rain).
• Ability to lift up to [50 lbs -75 lbs] and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to pass a Background Check
