Assistant Restaurant Manager

Located in Tulsa, OK

Salary: $55K

Express Employment Professionals is now seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Train and manage staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
