We are currently looking for a qualified Recruiting Services for a company located in Early Branch. 

Pay: $18.00/hr.

Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm

Job Responsibilities: 

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or customer service (preferred but not always required).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with applicants, employees, and clients.

• Ability to handle high-volume recruiting, screening, and onboarding tasks.

• Proficiency with computers, email, spreadsheets, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) or willingness to learn.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow internal compliance procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer-service skills for interacting with applicants, employees, and clients.

• Ability to handle high-volume recruiting, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

• Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) or willingness to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Reliable transportation for job-site visits or client meetings (if required).

• High school diploma or equivalent; HR, staffing, or customer service experience is preferred but not always required.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
