General Labor Production

Located in Neenah, WI

Salary: $18.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm 

Pay: $18.00/HR

Duties: 

• Stack boxes from production machines in an organized and efficient manner

• Palletize finished products according to company standards for shipment

• Inspect boxes for quality and report any defects or irregularities

• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following safety protocols

• Assist with material handling, including moving pallets and supplies as needed

• Support production team with general labor tasks to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications: 

• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and accuracy

• Basic communication skills to follow instructions and work with team members

• Reliability and punctuality for consistent attendance and meeting production goals

• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the production area
