We are currently looking for a qualified {Position} for a company located in {City and state}. 

Pay: $16.00/hr.

Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm

Job Responsibilities: 

-We will train on the order pickers and forklifts. Will need to be able to look at drawings to create parts to order.
-Job does require being able to read orders and picking lists.
-Required to clean up work areas, finished parts, tools, and equipment.
-Operation of a forklift and order picker will be required.
-We will train on forklifts/order pickers.
-Inventory of materials, packing, shipping, load and unloading trucks and containers, picking products from the racks.
-Load/unload containers and trucks, sometimes manually.
About 50% of their shift will require them being outside in different types of weather/climates.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in various warehouse departments such as picking, packing, sorting, receiving, or material handling.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic math and counting skills for inventory tasks.

• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs, depending on assignment requirements.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to different job tasks as needed.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain strong attendance.

• Prior warehouse experience (preferred but not always required).

• Ability to operate basic warehouse tools or equipment; forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
