We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to start a career in the skilled trades. As an Entry Level Trade Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals in areas such as construction, maintenance, manufacturing, and general labor. No prior trade experience is required — just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Assist skilled trade workers with daily tasks such as installation, repairs, assembly, and general labor

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment under supervision

• Support set-up, clean-up, and organization of job sites or shop floor

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment

• Learn foundational trade skills with opportunities to grow into higher-level roles

What We’re Looking For

• A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Willingness to learn new skills and follow direction

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Prior experience in labor, construction, or manufacturing is a plus — but not required!
