Founded in 1993 their mission is to help clients “envision, develop, and install” functional, safe, and inspiring environments for healthcare settings such as patient rooms, exam rooms, nurse stations, and waiting areas.

 

Job Description:

• This position will maintain full ownership and responsibility for:
• Creating Bill of Materials (BOM’s)
• Maintaining project timeline by placing purchase orders with vendors
• Responsible for maintaining vendor accountability
• Collaborates with vendors to achieve seamless order fulfillment
• Fosters a culture of continual improvement
• Receiving inventory and entering vendor invoices into Quickbooks
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels for key components
• Creating Sales Orders, Packing Slips, and Invoices
• Generating reports in Quickbooks as needed

A highly competitive candidate for this position will have approximately 2-4 years of experience in QuickBooks Online and MRP software, specifically within a manufacturing environment.  College education is preferred but not required.  This role is not an entry level position, and the right candidate will have a demonstrable knowledge of bookkeeping principles and responsibilities.
